Terms of Use
The rules of the house for our website and our apps. Plain words where we can.
These terms govern your use of livenlabs.app and the apps Foodoo, Potpal and Fluffpaw (the “Services”) provided by Liven Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Services. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
2. Not medical or veterinary advice
Our apps give estimates and friendly guidance. Nutrition figures, plant diagnoses, pet symptom checks, care schedules and anything said by an in-app character are generated with the help of AI and may be inaccurate. They do not replace a doctor, dietitian or veterinarian. Always follow professional advice for health decisions — for you, your child or your pet — and in an emergency contact a professional or emergency service right away.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Free plans have daily limits that we may adjust.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, notes and messages you add. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them only to provide the Services to you and the people you choose to share with. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
5. Shared spaces
In group chats, family households and shared links, be kind. No harassment, hate, sexual content, spam or anything illegal. You can report and block people in the app; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Things you may not do
- Misuse, overload, reverse engineer or try to break the Services or their limits.
- Use the Services to build a competing product or to scrape data.
- Create accounts by automated means or to get around free-plan limits.
7. Our content
The apps, their characters, artwork, names and logos belong to Liven Labs. You may use the press kit to write about us; please don’t use our characters or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving the Services and may change or retire features. We try to keep everything running, but the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Liven Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Ending things
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the apps. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the new terms.
